*Job requirement:*



Scope: The BA will be traveling on site to met with other  Branches
primarily in the North East however may also require travel out West to CA.
The BA will be meeting with Employees, Tech's Stakeholders, Customers etc
to figure out how to improve upon processes and create reports that can be
shared Nation-Wide.



This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between the tech team
and the business team with a focus on the business side.



Must Have-** Must be Willing to Travel*




   - Ability to speak to Directors, Stakeholders, Executives, Tech.'s.
   - Need to be inquisitive: What reporting tool? What are we doing with
   that report? How are they using data?
   - Create Dashboards/ Reports - No tool in particular
   - Add Value and meaning to reports
   - Ability to deep dive and document current state processes/workflow.
   Expertise in computer code NOT required or preferred.



Nice To Have




   - Lean- Six Sigma methodologies



What we are NOT looking for:




   - Not looking for someone heavy with Coding



Additional Comments:   " A lot of the candidates being supplied are
very/too IT/Developer/Scrum Master in strength.  On the call it was
emphasized that what is needed is a dynamic personality, deeply curious,
detailed oriented nontechnical. Soft skills are very important. Coding is
not a requirement."
