*Job Title : SalesForce Technical LeadLocation : Columbus, INDuration : 12+ Months* *Description:Job Responsibilities -* • Working as Onsite Technical Lead, be the primary point of contact for the customer in regard to the project • Perform and lead SFDC configuration and customization activities per client requirements • Coordinate the requirements and deliverables with the offshore team • Communicate effectively on a continuous basis with the customer and the onsite/offshore teams • Work with business analysts and client on requirement analysis, conducting POCs, and estimating and designing state of the art solution for SFDC projects • Creation of technical design documents *Minimum Qualifications -* • Experience as a technical Lead or team lead with proven experience in team management and managing offshore-onsite tasks. • Hands-on experience from at least 2 projects leading teams of at least 5 team members • Hands on experience in development and team lead roles • Hands-on experience creating WBS for teams and managing deliverables • Hands-on experience in SFDC configurations and customizations • Expertise in custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, reports and dashboards • Hands-on experience in the design of customizations involving Visualforce and Apex (including Triggers, Controllers) • Hands-on experience in real-time integration of SFDC with middleware / on-premise application • Experience creating technical design documents • Hands-on experience in data migration using data loader • Experience in release management using change sets and ANT scripts • Hands-on experience with SFDC governor limits and best practices *Preferred Qualifications -* • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment • Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • DEV-401 certification *Warm Regards,Vishal Singh* *IDC Technologies Inc <[email protected]>* Vishal.Singh@ <[email protected]>IDCTechnologies.Com <[email protected]> Yahoo: Vishal_Singh7254 | Gtalk: Connect.VishalSingh Website: www. <http://www.net2source.com> <[email protected]> idctechnologies.com <[email protected]>
