This role must feel comfortable working with end users on a day to day basis, must be detail-oriented, organized, and coachable. The appropriate candidate is looking for an opportunity to develop his / her career in a challenging and visible role. Reporting to the EAS SFDC Manager, S/he will be responsible to provide accurate solutions and recommendations to the user community regarding urgent requests and mid-level projects.
