*Job Duration: 6+ Months* NOTE: Only Looking USC Or GC Candidate (EAD-GC ,TN ,EAD H4 ,E3 ,OPT ,CPT ,are not workable) *Job Description: * Join our team to design, evaluate, and evolve a variety of applications working with a highly diverse, collaborative and talented team of UX professionals. *Responsibilities:* • Produce sketches, comps, redlines, graphic assets, HTML / CSS prototypes, design guidelines and style guides. • Work across functional teams to understand business and feature requirements. • Work with user researchers and stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements and business goals. • Collaborate with system architects, analysts, interaction designers and developers to understand the technical possibilities and constraints. • Team up with researchers and other designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and solve cross-application design challenges. • Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate a high level of accountability, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage workload and achieve results. • Communicate best practices for design and reasoning behind UX decisions to key stakeholders. • Present work to the user experience team, product team and executives for review and feedback. • Develop innovative interface designs and screen layouts for software applications. *Qualifications:* • Knowledge and understanding of web standards, latest trends and best practices for front-end code. • Apply and understand web and accessibility standards. • 2 years of experience with HTML and CSS (with experience in HTML5 and CSS3). • 2 years of experience working with a production web environment. • Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience creating working prototypes. • High energy and positive attitude. • Able to successfully write, speak and illustrate conceptual ideas, web standards and design rationale. • A strong online portfolio • Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud and diagramming tools. • Skilled in HTML / CSS • Skill and background in Visual design Educational Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, industrial design, or related field preferred. -- Thanks & Best Regards SUPRIYA PATHAK Resource Logistics Inc. 505 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837 Phone: (732) 553-0566 Ext 41 Email- [email protected]
