Role: Technology Analyst IVR and Avaya Location: Warren, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Rate: DOE Job Description: Understand requirements, create program specifications and unit test plans; develop codes; implement testing, transition and support activities; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; participate in knowledge management activities to ensure high quality deliverables WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Additional Skills: Understand Current IVR logic and implement the same using java VXML integrated with Avaya. Strong in Java Development and have knowledge in Avaya Orchestration Designer.
