Complete Description: Design, implement, conduct unit tests, contribute to
the application development, and mentor the less experienced offshore team
members when necessary. Behavior Characteristics: Motivated self-starter
and quick learner. Able to work independently with little supervision.

Advanced understanding of Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and UML.
– 8 years Experience with Spring, Hibernate (or other JPA libraries),
Ehcache, and Terracotta/Coherence. – 8 years Experience with relational
database platforms preferably Oracle 11g. – 8 years Experience developing
multi-threaded and distributed systems. – 5 years Experience working on
performance and scalability issues in large-scale enterprise systems. – 5
years Experience using common source code control tools, especially SVN. –
5 years Experience with continuous integration development environments. –
5 years Good working knowledge of AJAX and javascripts frameworks. – 5
years Working familiarity with common server operating systems, especially
Linux. – 5 years Agile software development experience: Scrum Process,
Extreme Programming (XP). – 5 years Experience with Service Oriented
Architectures (SOA). – 5 years Experience with XML related technologies,
especially XSL/XPATH and DTD/Schema. – 5 years Experience with Java XML
APIs, especially WWWC DOM and dom4j. – 5 years Experience with Web Services
(SOAP and/or REST). – 5 years Experience deploying and troubleshooting
Apache & Oracle Weblogic servers. – 5 years Experience with Open Source
technologies, projects, and communities. – 5 years Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or related field.
