*Role- Security Engineer*

*Duration- 6 months to perm*

*Mode- Phone and in person*

*Location- Miami, FL*

*USC, GC *

·         Technical Security Engineer – understands security
infrastructure, how to protect the security environment.

·         Security Internet Mgmt

·         Incident Response

·         Malware

·         Monitoring of the environment

·         Compliance responsibilities – log monitoring, analysis reviews of
security systems, identify, analyze suspicious activities (be proactive and
react when they see something that might cause a security risk or threat)


*Must Have*
Windows ( must have and understand Active Directory infrastructure
knowledge, how AD works etc..)
Linux (scripting or application and or appliance basic knowledge big plus)


*No firewalls handling (they have another group that handles this) but they
need to know enough about firewalls (how they work) to understand when its
an actual system issue and be able to run report accordingly ( they use
Cisco and Checkpoint)

*They want a go getter, someone willing to learn, excellent personality and
team player attitude.  (he would not mind hiring someone that might not
have all the skills needed but has the right attitude)*

This is a replacement the hiring Mgr is losing his right hand person ( who
is relocating to North Carolina
