*Request Description:*

The Business Analysts must have strong experience developing large and
complex systems.  The Analyst will perform business analysis functions on
client’s systems modernization development projects using a set of tasks
and techniques to successfully act as a liaison among stakeholders in order
to understand the structure, policies and operations of multiple their
programs and services. This resource must be capable of articulating and
recommending solutions that enable projects to be successful and goals
met.  Specifically, this includes actively participating in requirements
gathering sessions to analyze, define and document business processes,
software requirements, data management systems, interface specifications
and development of specifications for technology initiatives.



*Experience required for this project (in order of priority)*

·         Experience moving from mainframe to web-based technologies

·         Experience with implementation of enterprise software packages
(e.g. Cúram)

·         Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC)

·         Bachelor’s degree in a business field

·         Experience with Human Services Systems (County, State or Federal)

·         Experience working with a government agency

·         Experience using Agile/Waterfall methodologies

·         Experience with Use Case documentation

·         Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification or equivalent)



*Contractor Responsibilities:*

·         Conduct requirements sessions

·         Document and define business processes and requirements

·         Conduct functional decomposition

·         Develop specifications

·         Assist in system design

·         Assist in Quality Assurance duties when needed

·         Assist in project management duties when needed
