This position is part of a competitive bid for our client.. The engagement will include the following projects: Data Hub, Master Person Index (MPI) and Provider Index (PI), Michigan Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management Solution (MiCAM), Fraud Control and Prevention Services, and Data Warehouse. *Required / Desired Skills and Education:* PLEASE NOTE: The skills experiences listed below are MANDITORY. If candidates do not have the skills listed below at the minimum experience listed, they are not eligible to be sent. 1. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 1 YEAR · In depth knowledge of Health Level Seven International (HL7) 2.x messaging standards. 2. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 2 YEARS · In depth knowledge of Orion Health Rhapsody Integration Engine. 3. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 1 YEAR · Experience integrating health information technology exchange projects 4. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 2 YEARS · Knowledge of Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) standards and related document types. 5. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 1 YEAR · Knowledge of the health care vocabularies of LONIC, SNOMED, and RxNorm or substantially similar equivalents. 6. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 1 YEAR · Experience implementing solutions based on federal Implementation Guides.
