Our client, located in Chicago, IL, is currently in need of 2 Host based
Storage Migration Admins for a 4+ month contract.   There will be the
possibility of remote work later on and during weekend migrations to limit
onsite time during off hours.

*Required Skills:*

   - 3 or more years of EMC storage experience
   - Experience working in 24x7 complex, highly-secure, highly-available,
   datacenter environments operating within the realms of strict Change
   Management processes.
   - Candidates must be client focused, able to work independently while
   interacting across different teams to accomplish projects.
   - Experience with supporting Open Systems, Enterprise SAN and NAS
   solutions
   - Experience with UNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris), VMware or other
   hypervisors, and Windows operating environments
   - Experience with storage configuration, volume management and path
   management software tools (LVM, Native MPIO, EMC PowerPath).
   - Experience with disaster recovery as it relates to storage systems and
   data recovery techniques, including disk replication, snapshots and
   disaster recovery best practices
   - Intermediate analysis and troubleshooting skills for the end-to-end
   storage and backup stack (VMs, hosts, SAN switches, Storage devices)
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong
   inter-personal skills
   - Able to multi-task.
   - Assist in change management processes
   - Vendor contact for routine, documented incidents as well as
   operational problems
   - Resolve incidents and problems in accordance within defined guidelines
   and meet operational level agreements
   - Implement change requests and meet project deliverables within defined
   guidelines
   - Experience acros multiple operating systems to include:
      - Linux
      - Solaris
      - AIX
      - VMware hosts
   - Experience with host connections across X86, Oracle/Sun, and IBM AIX
   Hardware
   - Experience with Multipath I/O technologies
   - Experience with VMware
