*Role: MS CRM Dynamics Architect* *Interview: Phone* *Duration: 12 months * *Location: Warren, Michigan* *Job Responsibilities:* - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Suite (CRM & NAV). - Large Scale systems implementation and experience. - Excellent communication abilities. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. - Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions. - Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integration, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics implementation. - Deliver technical design documents. - Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered. - Demonstrate technical thought leadership. - Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used. - Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resource.
