*QA Test Analyst (Data) – Sr. level*

*Project and Responsibilities:*

*The client  would like to engage a QA Test Analyst to help ensure data
quality. *

*Skills / Experience:                  *

*·**         Designs, writes and executes test cases to meet acceptance
criteria for new functionality, enhancements, and defect repairs*

*·**         Also is responsible for identification of test data
requirements, recording test results and tracking defect status*

*·**         Test plans will include functional quality testing, regression
testing, application and user security testing, user acceptance testing and
network load testing*

*·**         Participates in defect resolution and retesting*

*·**         Experience in translating user stories, acceptance criteria,
and defect resolutions into test cases*

*·**         Demonstrated understanding of test plans, with attention to
details and personal initiative to work through questions*

*·**         Strong communication, documentation, planning and decision
making skills*

*·**         Ability to build and maintain relationships, and actively
collaborate with cross functional team members and testers*

*·**         Agile/Scrum experience preferred, works collaboratively within
sprints*

*·**         Experience writing SQL to query and validate test results in a
database*



*Additional qualifications/Required Skills would be:*

*·**         A trouble shooter*

*·**         Understanding of Web API Rest service calls and structure*

*·**         Understanding of Javascript*

*·**         Understanding of SQL - writing queries and stored procedures,
ability to audit data (skill in this area must be super strong)*

*·**         Ability to navigate source code (Javascript, C#, T-SQL) for
root cause analysis*

*·**         Ability to debug*
