QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in data related projects
• 5+ years business analyst experience
• Six Sigma background a plus
• PMP and/or IIBA certification strongly preferred
• Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of enterprise data warehouse
concepts, design, implementation, and deployment
• Experience in requirements gathering & facilitation sessions
• Experience with vendor management
• Demonstrates understanding of consumer banking regulations
• Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and independent
execution skills
• Demonstrates ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Demonstrates facilitation, collaboration and relationship management
skills.
• Strong skills in MS Office Visio and workflow or data flow diagramming
tools.
