*Roles & Responsibilities*

·        First and Foremost – Act a technical and process lead supporting
the customers on assigned tickets / value add assignments.
·        Enabling a transparent engagement
-        “One Team” approach to achieve high level of transparency and
integration with Customer and TCS teams
·        Break fix/support (L2 and L3 Services)
·        Preventive, Corrective and Adaptive Maintenance
·        Small Enhancements
·        Quality Control Dashboards
·        Status Reporting - Key metrics and measures for effective service
delivery; issues , risks tracking
·        Enhancing the operations through Innovation - Continuous process
improvement to optimize costs and performance
·        Enable a Capacity based model to deliver greater efficiencies
·        Working with product owners, business managers and a business
analyst, leads the effort to determine solutions to business issues
·        Ensures that all  tasks are assigned, and that all resources are
being fully utilized
·        Assigns individual responsibilities and acts as a management
resource for project team member
·        Responsible for oversight, delivery and success of all aspects of
the project – not just the IT deliverables Optimizes results within
business and time constraints
·        Improve application quality and reliability by implementing good
standards and processes
·        Increase productivity by implementing tools and processes
Serve as the technology go-to person on any technical questions
Resolve complex technical issues
Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource
optimization as required
