Overall Job Purpose
Incredibly talented Sr. software engineer that would be responsible for
defining and then helping to implement scalable .Net based solutions within
our organization. The candidate will work with existing and new web &
windows based solutions. Our candidate will be coding anywhere from 50-90%
of the time and rest involves analysis & design. This position requires
skills in building scalable n-tier architecture in conjunction with Oracle,
enterprise frameworks and JavaScript frameworks like Angular. The candidate
must be comfortable with and passionate about architecting cutting-edge
systems that covers all aspects of enterprise software development.
• Deliver high quality development using diverse tools and systems
including but not limited to:
• .Net, C#
• ASP.Net, MVC
• Win Forms
• REST/SOAP Web Services using WCF
• Java Script, JQuery, Angular JS
• Design Patterns
• Basic Oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in designing & developing scalable enterprise
applications using .Net
• 5+ years in C# .Net development
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding and experience with design patterns
• Excellent communication skills with immense attention to detail
• Expert in quickly understanding business needs and requirement
gathering
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to quickly changing technologies
• Must be constantly keeping up with industry trends in software
development
Experience with JavaScript based frameworks like Jquery, Angular
• Experience with Web Application development
Experience with SOA using SOAP and REST services
• Experience with windows application development
• Work across multiple phases of software development within a
project as a team member or dealing with the most technically challenging
assignments. This includes:
- Working directly with business areas to clarify detailed technical
requirements.
- Designing, coding and unit testing the most complex software
components for new or enhanced IT systems to a high level of quality,
producing appropriate documentation.
- Providing technical support to business analyst/project managers
and coaching to less experienced staff across a geographically dispersed
teams
- Maintaining an expert level awareness of relevant software design
techniques, development tools and processes, providing leadership in the
use of these across the organization area.

continuous improvement
