Hiring an analyst to provide functional support for our Oracle eBusiness
Suite ERP Procure to Pay process. We are currently running on Oracle EBS
R12.1.3 – this is not a techno/functional role, but a technical aptitude is
beneficial.



You will be a key resource communicating, collaborating, and influencing
others across our organization. You will be expected to consult with
technical and business stakeholders using their input to find common
ground, solve problems, and anticipate future consequences & trends
accurately.

*Job Requirement:*

·          Act as liaison between technical and business teams to define
requirements for systems & processes.

·          Assess, maintain, support, and improve effectiveness and health
of the EBS system & processes.

·          Provide insight and expertise on effective business processes to
project teams and stakeholders.
Summarize, present and discuss strategies and options in order to come up
with the best alternative for the business.
Validate value of process improvement opportunities and recommend options
for realizing benefits process change.

·          Develop plans for converting and loading data from the source
into the target system and validate data loads.

·          Define & test releases prior to implementation team handoff.

·          Develop and implement of risk mitigation strategies.



*We expect this consultant to bring a strong functional background in the
following:*

·          Oracle EBS Procure to Pay processes (A/P, Purchasing,
iProcurement, Inventory, Contracts, and Cash Management.)

·          Oracle EBS Reports & Forms, queries, alerts, and
inbound/outbound interfaces.

·          Integration points between Oracle EBS, Powerplan, and the 170
MarkView Financial Suite.



*In addition your background needs to include*

·          Project management (scoping, planning, communication, risk
management & ongoing project support.)

·          Understanding of business process and process redesign concepts
(ideally in gathering & processing operations in the oil & gas, chemical,
or continuous process space.)
