Client is currently replacing it’s staffing system with iCIMS and is
needing a Business analyst during the interim where both applications are
running while the migration is being performed. They are looking for
someone to help define requirements to do unified reporting, operation
staffing reports, managerial BI that links the two applications together,
and creating a holistic view of total hires, etc. Also help define what the
requirements are to be successful for the next 3-6 months. Define a 3 year
roadmap for what they want to achieve and define what will be done inside
of iCIMS.



*Qualifications:*

·         Business analyst/requirement gathering

·         Basic understanding of *BI/SASS solutions/reporting*

·         Experience with staffing systems (experience with *iCIMS* a big
plus)

·         Looking for someone who is a polished communicator

·         Will need to speak with a user base and work with technical
audience to build requirements
