*Mandatory Technical Skills*
-Good Hands-on Experience in IBM BPM and SOA concepts, Knowledge of BPEL,
WID 7, SCA, XML, XQuery, Webservices and XSD is a must
-Analysis and understanding of existing IBM BPM
applications
-Analysis and understanding of Process Orchestration and Transaction
Management
-Knowledge of Websphere Business
Monitor
- Knowledge of business rules management in
WID, Websphere Business Modeler & iLOG is an additional advantage
-Build, Install and Test the applications in new environment
-Interact with the Client and the On-site Coordinator
-Ensure Code Walkthroughs & Inspection are carried out as per standards
-Provided support during acceptance testing and release of the code into
the production environment
-User testing/Support
-Assist team and provided solutions for any problems faced by them
