*Position : Change Manager*

*Location : Parsippany NJ*

*Duration : Long term *

*Hotel Management background will be a plus. *



*Qualification & Experience:*

5+ years Change Management experience

Change Management experience supporting both internal infrastructure
changes as well as vendor-driven changes

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Change Management.

ITIL Training

Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (not Mandatory)

Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI requirements for CM

Experience with  Service Now, Visio, MS Office Suite, SharePoint (mandatory)

Ability to travel to AZ quarterly or as needed



*Skills:*

Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles,
methodologies and Service Now Tool

Exceptional communication skills

Process-focused and detail-oriented

Ability to clearly articulate process (visually and verbally) for a variety
of audiences

Strong ability to influence and lead team towards common goals

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in constantly changing situations

Ability to filter opinions; does not reflexively react
