This person must have experience with ITIL incident management or have been an ITIL Process Manager. Will help create consistency in data reporting, help with problem management, The ITIL incident management process ensure that normal service operation is restored as quickly as possible and the business impact is minimized. Must have excellent communication skills, must be able to present to the business - teams - C level, must be very organized, self-directed and motivated, Servicenow experience very important, must have strong knowledge of ITIL and how it relates to different teams, must be able to create and give presentations, must be a bit of a "bulldog" in ability to get incidents under control.
