*Role: SAP CRM Functional Consultant* *Location - Tallahassee, FL* * Estimated Duration: 7 months Government experience is a must.* *IV mode: Phone/Skype* *JD:* *USC.GC,EAD,OPT* *Government experience is a must.* *Job* *Responsibilities:* • Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the *CAMS* Enterprise Project Plan; • Use the PPM tool to record time and progress reporting; • Root cause analysis and resolution plan implementation; • Assist in the planning, preparation and release of major and minor updates (e.g., hotpacks and version releases); • Resolve test deficiencies for new functionality, code changes, new configurations or new / upgraded software installed and integrated into the CAMS Production environment; • Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of user roles and other system access profiles; • Update training documents to reflect changes. *Requirements:* • Experience with SAP CRM (6+ years); • Experience with ERP applications or object oriented analysis and design; • Experience with basic CRM architecture; Enterprise Central Component (ECC) and Business Intelligence (BI) modules; • Experience with ABAP code; • Experience with requirements development and system design; • Experience in the functional and business process areas of Child Support; • *Experience with CAMS;* • Experience with HPQC; • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; • Experience supporting implementation of OSS notes; • Government experience; • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field or equivalent work experience; • PMI or PMP certification (desired).
