Mandatory Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) with 4 years’ experience as a COBOL
Developer/Programmer OR Associates degree (2 year) with 6 years’ experience
as a COBOL Developer/Programmer OR 8 years’ experience as a COBOL
Developer/Programmer.
One (1) engagement lasting 18 months or more in a COBOL
Developer/Programmer role.
Computer Science or Information Technology degree
Experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in health insurance programs and/or a state Medicaid Management
Information System ·Experience with analytical skills and creating program
specifications / requirements

Experience with COBOL code analyzer software or projects which extracted
