*PeopleSoft Sr. Programmer  (HCM, North American payroll, time & labor)*

Global countries with interfaces to/from PeopleSoft HCM to ADP*** ***ADP G2
& eTime interfaces experience***





Responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft HCM and CRM applications and the
integration & interfaces to all internal and external systems. This
individual will be process oriented with sound knowledge of the PeopleSoft
SDLC process and will support the ADP payroll outsourcing project for both
North America and Global countries, and other projects. This individual
will interact with the other members of the team spread across multiple
geographies and complete the deliverables as per the project timelines.





Day to day support of the PeopleSoft HCM and CRM application and all the
interfaces and any new PeopleSoft module that may be deployed Delivering
the assigned projects and enhancements to the existing applications



Create robust and scalable design for enhancements and major projects Build
code for enhancements as per the design or Business requirements Support
development activities related Break fix and Compliance work requests like
Tax Updates



Responsible for maintaining documentation and for insuring teams adherence
to documentation standards as required by our standard process and
designated auditable items (SDLC documents, Sarbanes documents etc.) Create
and maintain project artifacts like Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts,
Unit Test Logs, RCA for Defects etc.

Create Migration and implementation artifacts like Migration documents,
Change Requests etc. as per the process laid out by First Data



Work with HR Operation and business users in troubleshooting and resolving
issues Work with Oracle to create SRs and obtain fixes for Out of the Box
Issues or defects Support leads and architects with creating and
maintaining the various project metrics Provide technical thought
leadership and innovative solutions to improve system stability and
performance Work closely with onsite and offshore leads and team members
Directly work with offshore teams to make sure projects are delivered on
time Manage small technical team of Developers for small projects



Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related degree or equivalent work
experience

7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Development with experience in

PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and
Position Management)

3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Application version 9.0/PeopleTools

8.5x or higher



Experience working in a global multi-country PeopleSoft Implementation or
support engagement Must be comfortable with learning new PeopleSoft
technologies and new skillsets and applying them to efficient and scalable
solutions Ability to work with onshore, offshore, and business resources
across multiple departments Ability to work in a fast paced environment and
adapt to changing priorities and aggressive schedules



Proven success delivering large projects within specified timelines while
still maintaining quality in the work delivered Sound knowledge of
PeopleSoft Application Development SDLC process Strong analytical and
problem solving skills along with the
