Our Financial Client in Draper, UT has an immediate need for a SAP CRM Developer. They will interview off of a phone screen then a WebEx/Skype so the candidates don’t need to be local (but if they are local, that will be beneficial). The full description is below. If you have a local candidate, that is preferred but our client understands this is a small market. Candidates MUST have SAP CRM experience. Candidates must have experience working on new enhancements, and have support experience of SAP CRM. Our client is currently using version 7.0 and will be upgrading to the 7.0 enhancement pack this year so candidates who have the enhancement pack upgrade experience are highly desired, but it is not an absolute requirement. *Job Duties & Responsibilities:* · Participates in client interactions, possibly with SAP functional team members and SMEs, to understand business requirement and design technical solution. · Apply innovation, creativity and improvement to existing business processes and implement technical/procedural improvements. · Stay current with SAP technologies and industry best practices to ensure proper utilization of these in development. · Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain SAP applications. · Work with and mentor other members of the Development team providing cross module training and some on the job training for other members of the team. *Required Skills:* · 8+ years SAP ABAP programming experience with a minimum 4 years of SAP CRM Web UI development experience · Project Implementation experience with Web UI enhancements in sales. · 2 to 3 years’ experience with CRM BSP Component Workbench. · 2 to 3 years’ experience with CRM BOL / GENIL programming, AET & Action Profile. · Experience in SAP CRM 7.0, EhP1, EhP2 and ECC 6.0 FI and SD Modules. · Experience in SAP Workflow, Interfaces, Enhancement framework and CRM Middleware configuration/development. · Familiarity with CRM sales business processes and configuration. · ABAP Objects or Java Programming experience is preferred. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline · Proven experience working on all phases of a project from design through implementation and support. · Must be well organized and self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. · Strong verbal/written communication skills. · Ability to work with others in a team environment.
