*Must-have **
- 5+ Years of experience as a SQL Developer
- 5+ years of experience creating SQL Stored procedures
- 5+ years of experience performance tuning in a SQL database
- Knowledge of .Net technologies and working knowledge of visual studio
- Knowledge with SQL Management Studio 2005/2008, Visual Source Safe, -
Team Foundation Server or similar source control programs preferred along
with an understanding of SQL and relational database modeling concepts
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience required in addition to proven
analytical and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills are a must along with the
ability to meet scheduled task requirements within assigned deadlines

- Any amount of .Net programming languages
*Day-2-Day **
- Partnering closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the
databases are performing optimally for a large scale messaging system
- Create and tune stored procedures
- Work with the teams in understand the business logic and incorporate and
add new features into the database
- Participate in daily scrum meetings
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the database
- Create and maintain any necessary documentation
