· Experience working on in-house development software engineering projects
· Extensive understanding of the target discovery (identification and
validation) and (biologics) drug discovery process and data
· Proven capability interacting with biologists in a complex global
research organization
· Excellent understanding and practical experience integrating enterprise
components to deliver end-to-end solutions for specific research processes
· Demonstrated ability to successfully work with vendors
· Experience working with validated systems
· CBAP, PBA or similar Business Analysis certification

*Responsibilities:*
· Collaborating with biologists and bioinformaticians to analyze
end-to-end informatics solutions which meet the research workflow and data
needs
· Working with the scientists to understand their lab processes, data
flow, and research data in order to identify their informatics needs
· Understand Agile Business Analysis concepts and has a record of
successfully applying the approaches in Projects
· Understand and translate needs into concrete benefits for the customer
organization
· Gather requirements to enable development teams to build and deliver
enterprise informatics solutions
· Map and analyze systems integration
· Create analytical models; use case model, process models, sequence
model, activity diagrams etc
· Create traceability matrices, test cases and test plans
