Skills/Experience:

   - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce functionality, technology,
   implementation, and development methodology.
   - Must be Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant certified.
   - Extensive experience designing and documenting solutions.
   - Extensive force.com implementation, including custom code, systems
   integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.
   - Demonstrate providing support throughout testing and deployment phases.
   - Directing integration partner resources to accomplish project goals in
   Visualforce, Apex, AJAX and other technologies to build customized
   solutions that support business requirements and drive key business
   decisions.
   - Leading technical end to end solution for business processes using
   Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service cloud & force.com platform and
   writing technical design documents.
   - Work with internal technical team members representing back office
   application to design seamless integration between all the involved
   applications, particularly ERP and Financial applications including
   Dynamics and Oracle.
   - Experienced in integration architecture, specifically, integrating
   external and on premise systems with Salesforce.com.
   - Recommend build vs. buy options for integrations within the force.com
   platform.
   - Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all Saleforce.com product offerings
   and solutions.
   - Demonstrate thought leadership in SaaS solutions and technologies.
   - Demonstrate Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and
   Visual Force.
   - Demonstrate Salesforce integration patterns, strong knowledge in web
   service API’s and governor limits.
   - Demonstrate complex ETL and data migration practices.
   - Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills.
   - Ability to learn quickly and function in an unstructured environment.

   part of larger team
   - Ability to analyze, independently research / troubleshoot technical
   issues, provide alternatives, and recommend solutions
   - Provide effort estimates, activity sequencing, identify risks and
   provide remediation
   - Provide status updates to managers including issues management and
   escalation
