Seeking a senior Microsoft Architect to provide Microsoft Windows platform
management, configuration, design, and training for a large global
environment.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
5+ years' hands-on Windows system administration experience in a
distributed environment. Must have Microsoft 365 in a global setting.
5+ years' experience designing and implementing projects including
Active Directory, Microsoft server clustering using Windows 2008/2012
Server, Windows DFS, Remote Desktop Services
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Windows servers and related
technologies
Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, email
servers, firewalls, databases, file shares and print servers
Experience with AD replication topology, IPSec services, and
AD-Exchange integration
Best Practices for AD redundancy design and naming standards, DNS and
WINS design
Experience in preparing SLA's, policies, escalation and maintenance
procedures for servers and related peripherals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Services (including,
WSUS, IIS, FTP, DNS, DFS, TCP/IP, DHCP, SNMP)
Working knowledge of scripting, ability to write login scripts,
Powershell commands and Microsoft group policy objects
Candidate must be self-directed and capable of working on several
projects and efforts simultaneously.
