DESCRIPTION:
• Design and implement solutions using a variety of ServiceNow
modules and associated ITSM/ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Change,
Request, Demand, Knowledge, Discovery, Orchestration, Event management) and
customized
these modules in ServiceNow.
• Systems analysis, design, and application development,
including administration, implementation, integration, and configuration in
ServiceNow.
• Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform,
including creation and modification of applications, forms, workflow,
interfaces and any other customization required.
• Configure changes and develop ServiceNow scripting, including
request items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and
actions, script includes, the Glide API, and Jelly.
• Develop ServiceNow-related Web applications/UI using web
languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, REST API
creation and calling).
*EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:*
· Define best practices and standards for developing solutions
using ServiceNow.
· Development of applications using ServiceNow.
· Process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration, Workflows,
Integrations, etc.
· Lead team of ServiceNow development.
· Participate In architectural review sessions.
· Knowledge transfer.
