Please find the below job description and send me available candidate profiles to [email protected] *Job Title: Application Developer Sr. Developer / Lead (8 Positions) (FTE) * *Location : Irving, TX* *Full time * *Responsibilities:* - As a Dev Lead drive the Technical team and the Product Owners in an Agile development process. - Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices - Guards and shields the team from distractions and interruptions from external interferences - Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions - Has strong understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities - Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value. - Organize and facilitate standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives. - Support efforts to code, design, and testing in a heterogeneous technology environment e.g. JavaScript MVC, HTML, CSS, Java/ J2EE - Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation. - Engineer a world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving. - Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression capabilities. - Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies. - Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing technologies and infrastructure. *Requirements:* o Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies. o Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. o Understanding of object orientation and software design patterns o Experience of testing at the unit, integration and system levels o Experience with at least one web application server such as Tomcat, .NET or similar o Experience in a developer contributor role o Experienced leading team of application developers *Desirable:* o Understanding of Java/J2EE or .Net, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Spring, AJAX, & JSON skills for implementing web technologies. o Understanding in JQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS, extJS, SenchaTouch Framework, Promise, and other frameworks like (FlightJS, requireJS, wireJS , AngularJS) o Understanding of multithreaded software design. o Understanding of the AJAX and Spring frameworks. o Experience with other Agile/Lean practices such as XP or Kanban o Participation in Test Driven Development or Business Driven Development o Practice of Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery *Qualifications:* o *Overall 8+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions* o *2+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master* o *Scrum Certification is preferred* o 5+ years of web development experience working on Windows or Java platform o 2+ years experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and Spring frameworks. o BS or MS in Computer Science or related field With Regards *Ayesha Siddiqua * *Technical Recruiter* *Coco Soft Inc.,* Address: 39420 Liberty St, STE 254, Fremont, CA, 94538.
