I suspect that from *MS* these changes will show up in the CLR first,
and then Rotor. Also, there is the ILX stuff from MS research that
facilitates these developments on the .net CLR.

As for non MS sources, anything Is possible.

The research is aimed at adding features to extend C# and the CLR to
support Logical languages.

I am curious though, we will have to wait to see these in the .NET
CLR/CLI or will we see them in Rotor first ?
