I think a pricing model that suits each end of the scale is more than
adequate
I know that many of my clients simply would not entertain the higher
cost due to lower volume of traffic, etc

The lower costs would be fine for them, and if they find themselves
nearing the higher usage levels, then at that point the 15k prive would
probably start looking more appealing
