I don't know if there are any events fired under these circumstances, but
you could find out using my EventSpy tool:

When I move a toolwindow I need to get a notification when I release the
mouse button. How do I achieve this. The problem is that the events for
the mouse like mouse up and mouse down, dont fire when I drag a toolwindow
by the caption bar
Any ideas?

Thanks
Alex
