I have an owner draw ComboBox inherited control. I want to put a tooltip on the dropped down list that changes when you change items in the list. In my DrawItemEventHandler I am able to change the tooltip text. However when the tooltip comes up:
1.) It comes up beneath the list, not on top of it. 2.) Once the I move from one item to the next I have trouble redisplaying the tooltip.
