Just talked to Peter Drayton on the phone who "encouraged" me to publish new material on my BLOG. So you can blame him-). I have just published a new essay "It's the Runtime Stupid" on my BLOG at http://radio.weblogs.com/0105852/ on the new problems created by the "C# programmer generation" that doesn't want to learn how .NET works and would rather continue to ask "Do I have to install the runtime on that system if I want my managed application to run?"
