I'm not looking for the "exact code". I'm looking for something that I can work through and use in future applications, namely, to determine what code i need to write in face of a given problem; how to aproach a problem.

It can either teach you design, or bypass design and give you the exact code you need. -----Original Message----- From: Anibal Cascais Santos [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 22 April 2002 12:52 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [DOTNET] ASP.NET Website Programming by wrox Hi, I'm thinking of buying this book by wrox and would like to hear from anyone who has bought it. Does the "problem-design-solution" aproach works? Does the book help you in thnking about a problem and then design accordingly, with the exact code you need? Does it teach you a set of best practices for Asp.Net development? In one setence: do you become a better developer? :-) Thanks Aníbal -------------------------------------------------------------- Anibal Cascais Santos http://anibal.blogspot.com www.engrenagem.net -------------------------------------------------------------- You can read messages from the DOTNET archive, unsubscribe from DOTNET, or subscribe to other DevelopMentor lists at http://discuss.develop.com.
