I'm not looking for the "exact code".
I'm looking for something that I can work through and use in future
applications, namely, to determine what code i need to write in face of a
given problem; how to aproach a problem.

If the book has the exact code you need, I would say it doesn't help you
become a better developer. It can either teach you design, or bypass design
and give you the exact code you need.

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying this book by wrox and would like to hear from anyone
who has bought it.
Does the "problem-design-solution" aproach works? Does the book help you in
thnking about a problem and then design accordingly, with the exact code you
need? Does it teach you a set of best practices for Asp.Net development?
In one setence: do you become a better developer? :-)

Thanks
Aníbal
