Still exists in 98 and ME according to my documentation.

CreateNamedPipe is only available on NT.

Shame on them.

IIRC, you can access a named pipe that already exists if you're on 9x,
but you can't create a new one. It's a ludicrous limitation if it still
exists in 98 and Me, since the reasoning originally given for 95 was the
desired "4 meg memory footprint".
