Sorry but you need to supply some more info.

Is the machine 'nttest' the one you run your code on?
If not:
    Is NTTestdomain a Domain or Domain controler?
or
    Is NTTestdomain a remote server?

If it works without explicit credentials are you
    - logged on into NTTestdomain if it's a domain
    - or do you have any session open (file share connection) with NTTestdomain if 
it's a remote server
