Have you tried searching?

The first 100 articles using Valery's search are mostly irrelevant. There
was one post from a VB program manager which was useful and mentioned VB's
with blocks and C# unsafe mode.

My free time ran out after I'd read 100 posts. Hopefully this current thread
will answer future queries on the subject.
