I was extremely frustrated by this at one point; I found the solution on
another message board (I forget which one).

It turns out that there is a bug in XP; the way to get the OK button to
enable is to browse to the executable you want to map using the browse
button, fill in the rest of the mapping dialog <workaround> and then
click on the 'Executable' text box again.  Giving that text box the
focus seems to do the trick </workaround>.
