I need to obtain metadata shared folders on other remote servers (e.g: Number of files + Total Size of all files in bytes).
What would be the best way of obtaining such information from a remote file share via .NET C#/VB code? I'm trying to avoid having to remotely walk the share to count files + get total size of all files in bytes. Thanks!
