When it is ready ;-) which looks like later this summer.
 
However, in the meantime you can pick up QFE 18.1 to get the important fixes...

        The article on the MSDN site about Enterprise Services again lists SP3 
        as a requirement for certain things with W2k. 

        Anyone can comment on when Sp3 will be available?
