You can interop to CAPICOM. It supports RC4 as one of the
encryption algorithms (see CAPICOM_ENCRYPTION_ALGORITHM_RC4).

classic ASP to encrypt cookie data. With the need to run classic ASP

I don't see that the framework has RC4 built in. Since I don't know a

lot about encryption, might someone be able to tell me if there is
another
alternative that exists in the framework that I'm missing? Or by chance
does anyone have an RC4 algorithm they want to share?
