Huh. We have win2k with sp2, installed dotnetfx with no problems. Then when we tried iewebcontrols.msi it just says that it was "interrupted" and exits it. So we turned IIS off, and all the other stuff we could find and still got the same results. So we tried the "manual" install of those controls and that's when it asked for the SDK.
