Or just leave them there.  Are they hurting anybody?

In a VB.Net project, I've found three strange lines of code that I didn't
put there and my coworker didn't put there either. It's in the code-behind
of a Windows Form:

Const ADD = 1
Const EDIT = 2
Const NONE = 3

It appears between

Inherits System.Windows.Forms.Form

and

#Region " Windows Form Designer generated code "

These constants don't seem to be used.

Can anyone tell me where these might come from, and if I can safely delete
them?
