Thanks all! I will write "ints can be objects" 20 times on the whiteboard. FYI, System.Convert did not seem to make it to the contents section of MSDN (under .NET Development->.NET Framework->Reference->Class Library). It however does show up in intellisense. It's a fine day when intellisense is better documentation than MSDN.:-)
