Links, tips, advice on any of these would be appreciated:

1. A report uses an xml file as a data source. This xml is created from a
database query - how can I assign an XMLDocument or xml string directly to
the report (at runtime) as its data source rather than a file the file.

2. Can the report be generated in other formats (e.g. PDF) and not
necessarily viewed in the Crystal Report Viewer? (i.e. generate a .pdf file
and just return the link)

3. How can I test the report using "View in Browser" @ desgn time without
having a sited Report Viewer control on a dummy page required to run (I keep
getting an "Report failed to Load" - i suspect permissions maybe?)

Thanks.
