I'm sure he is not saying he never wants the app to close with the x.
One good example is a doc that is not saved, you ask the user if they
want to save when they hit the close button but the user chooses cancel
via the MessageBox. (perhaps they were not done editing and hit the
close button accidentally).  This is a good example of wanting to cancel
the close.
