In my computer, few of the VS.NET utilities (which get installed
FrameworkSDK folder of VS.NET installation) seem to have corrupted. While I
try to run them, I end up getting System.IO.FileLoadException (during JIT
compilation). For example, If I run ResGen. I get the following error,

"Strong name validation failed for assembly 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Visual Studio.NET\FrameworkSDK\Bin\ResGen.exe'. The file may have been
tampered with or it was partially signed but not fully signed with the
correct private key"

Few of the tools like al.exe, sn.exe do work. But many others like
ResGen.exe, TlbImp.exe, WinCV.exe, etc don't work.

What could be the problem? Is there anyway to fix it, without loosing half a
day  :-( (i.e., uninstall ->reinstall VS.NET)?

Any help is appreciated...
