Windows XP Pro VS.Net Ent Release Very small, simple ASP.net app Twice now in the last hour I have received error messages upon compiling that it cannot copy the output of the compilation to the run directory because another process has the files open. Restarting the web server corrects this. Now I know what is happening, I just don't know why or how to make it stop.
